Respledent Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed infrastructure solutions company, incorporated in July 2024, bringing engineering-first crane rental and heavy-lift execution to refineries, power plants, steel plants and wind energy sites across India.

Managing Director

Mr. Jain brings more than 25 years of experience in the infrastructure, crane and heavy lifting industries. He held a leadership role at Reliance Industries Limited before serving as Managing Director of Sarens India and Regional Director for APAC & Africa. His work across international markets has given him extensive experience in managing complex operations and large-scale projects. He founded Respledent Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in 2024 with a vision to build a trusted company known for safe execution, dependable equipment and customer-focused solutions.

Director

Ms. Singh has more than 19 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning ready-mix concrete, crane rentals and heavy lifting projects. At Sarens, she served as Vice President – Sales and Regional Head – Strategy & Planning for APAC & Africa, gaining experience across international markets. She subsequently worked with Freight Wings, broadening her expertise in alternative lifting solutions and crane operations for heavy lift projects. At Respledent Ventures, she focuses on business growth, strategic planning and client relationships.
